Holiday to California

Flying home

Having been in America for 6 days beyond our planned time we thought it was time to head home (and the airline said we could now!) It was sad to say good bye but the extra time meant we felt that we had been very fortunate to get that time with John, Maureen and the kids so it wasn't as traumatic as it would have been otherwise. (Disneyland was also a bonus)

Los Angeles to San Fransisco

Driving back wasn't the greatest weather for seeing the sights but we did see the Hollywood sign in the distance.

Since we couldn't return home we made the most of the extra 6 days we had been given. 2 days in Disneyland was a welcome addition to our holiday. We hadn't really thought of heading to Disney while in the States but thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
