Breakfast at Cafe Rouge

I wanted to put Tiffanies but couldn't so the truth it is. Antonia and Jeff joined us all for breakfast at Cafe Rouge. From tomorrow John will be able to join in all such stuff as work meetings will be over.

Friday, rats, friends and meals

Once dried from the iceskating it was good to have Angela and the boys come over and then others to see Maureen and the children.

Beckers visit.

John, Maureen, Kayleigh, Anna, Asher and Alex all arrived on Thursday evening for a week. They're staying with us for a few days and some other friends for a few days. Friday started with 2 cakes being dropped off by Mhari. They are great and just what is needed for feeding lots of visitors. After breakfast it was time for a trip to the Mall and then lunch and iceskating with the Wallers. It's rather late in the season for outdoor skating with rain making the whole lot very wet!

After saturdays work preparing the sub base for a hard standing, today is was time to hire a whacker plate and compress it.
Beth had a go! it was too heavy for her to pull it backwards but she could drive it forwards
